Each amaryllis comes with detailed blooming instructions for this year and for reblooming in years to come. The pot is wrapped in green foil for gift giving through the season. Place near a well-lit window away from direct heat sources on a protected surface. Upon arrival, water moderately with luke warm water. Water sparringly before buds appear, keeping soil slightly moist. After buds appear water a few times a week, but avoid overwatering. In late summer, stop watering, allow the foilage to wither, and cut the leaves off. Store in a cool, dry place for 6 to 8 weeks, and then move to a well-lit, warm area and resume watering once growth begins.
